840 prepainted steel sheet is a 840mm net coverage structural roofing deck and walling cladding. It is roll-formed from Prepainted Hot Dip 55%AL-ZN Coated Steel coil. It is our premium and most cost effective roofing and walling profile. It is available in both convex and concave pre-curved sheets, to meet architectural features. It is an economical and attractive wall cladding widely used for exterior and interior walls of residential, commercial and industrial applications. It also can be used for ornamental surfaces in more contemporary colors.

- Self-drilling installation. Fasteners at the crest of the ribs for roofing, and at the valley of the ribs for walling;
- Overlapping side ribs are designed to prevent the capillary entry of water;
